Who provides the service

Robottino is a service of Clounix LTD, Bul. Vitosha 25, 1000 Sofia, Bulgaria, VAT BG203224475. For any communication write to info@clounix.net or use the portal’s reserved area.

The service

Robottino is a cloud virtual phone system with call center features and AI voice agents, for companies, professionals and operators. Among other things it includes:

• numbers, SIP trunks, routing and call queues;
• automatic answers with artificial intelligence, on the phone and on WhatsApp;
• call recording and storage;
• forwarding rules, opening hours and agent priorities;
• real-time reports and statistics;
• integration with WhatsApp, SMS and external services such as Google and Meta;
• the wholesale mode for those who resell the service to their own customers.

The service relies on third-party cloud infrastructure (DigitalOcean, Amazon, Google) for continuity and scalability.

Account and access

• To use the service you must be of legal age and sign up with truthful data.
• You are responsible for your credentials and for those you give your agents and agencies.
• You tell us at once about any unauthorised use of your account.

Acceptable use

You may not use Robottino for illegal or fraudulent activities, spam, unsolicited calls or messages that break telemarketing rules, or to transmit unlawful content. If you use recordings, AI voice agents or campaigns, it is up to you to inform the people you talk to and to collect the consents the law requires.

Prices, credit and payments

• The service works with prepaid credit: calls, messages and other services are deducted from the credit according to the price list in force.
• Prices and features are always up to date on the website and in the portal, and may change at any time.
• When the credit runs out, paid services stop until the next top-up.

Third-party services

Some features use services from other providers, such as Google, Meta, OpenAI and telephone carriers. Their use is also governed by those providers’ terms, and we are not responsible for their outages or changes. You can connect and disconnect your external accounts at any time in Settings › Integrations.

Suspension and changes

We may suspend or stop the service if these terms are broken, for technical, security or maintenance reasons, or on the order of the authorities, even without notice.

We may update, change or withdraw features of the service, letting you know by email or on the website.

Liability

• The service is provided “as is”, without guarantees of continuous operation or specific results.
• We are not liable for direct or indirect damages, loss of data, conversations or recordings, or inability to use the service, except for wilful misconduct or gross negligence.
• You alone are responsible for regular backups of your data, calls and recordings.
• Using unencrypted SIP involves risks: we are not liable for data breaches resulting from it.
• We are not liable for your conduct or that of third parties, nor for third-party networks and infrastructure you use.

Personal data

For the data you process with Robottino you are the controller and we act as processor, under the data processing agreement accepted at sign-up. How we process data is explained in the [privacy policy](/en/privacy/).

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Bulgarian law. The courts of Sofia have jurisdiction over any dispute.
