Promotion with an automatic call back
A shop texts an offer to 5,000 customers. Whoever taps the link is marked as converted and called right back to the sales queue: the salesperson talks to people who are already interested.
Campaigns and sales
Write a message with the contact's name and a personal short link: SMS campaigns send it to your lists, tell you who received it and who opened the link.
An SMS campaign sends the same message to every lead in the lists you give it, filled in with their data: write {firstName} and each person gets their own name. You pick the sender, the sending speed and the hours it may send in.
Put {link} in the text and every contact gets a short link of their own. When they open it the lead is marked as converted; if you like, the phone system also calls them straight away, once, and puts them through to a queue, an IVR answerer or an AI answerer.
As you type you see how many characters you use, how many SMS the message takes and whether it stays in the GSM set or switches to Unicode (emoji or capital accented letters drop one SMS from 160 to 70 characters).
Every lead shows where its SMS stands: to send, sending, sent, delivered or not delivered. The campaigns report shows the period's texts sent, delivered, links opened and conversions.

A practice reminds patients with “Hi {firstName}, see you on {note1}”. The lead's notes hold the date and time, so everybody gets their own reminder from one send.
You bought two contact lists and want to know which one works. Put them in the same SMS campaign and compare deliveries and link opens in the report, filtering converted leads only.
For contacts who never answer during the day, an SMS campaign set to “Mark the conversion and call” places the call when they tap the link.
In Marketing › Campaigns choose “SMS campaign” and name it. On the General tab set the hours, the lead order and the pause when leads run out.
On the Message tab enter the sender and the text, clicking the variables to add name, city, notes or the short link. Choose how many texts to send per minute.
“Mark the conversion” only records the open; “Mark the conversion and call” also calls the contact from the chosen line to the destination you set.
Import leads from CSV, Excel or by pasting into a list linked to the campaign, then press “Start”. Follow deliveries and opens on the Leads tab and in the Campaigns report.
Every contact gets a unique short link. On the first open the lead is marked as converted, and you see it on the Leads tab and in the Campaigns report, with links opened as a share of the texts delivered.
